  • You can go to Shop Magic > Add New Automation and give your automation a name.
  • Choose an event that will trigger your email campaign, such as Order Completed, Order Status Changed, Customer Registered, etc.
  • Optionally, could you add any filters or delays that you want to apply to your email campaign, such as product ID, category ID, order status, order total, etc.
  • Click on Add Action and choose Send Email as the action type.
  • Enter the email subject and use the editor to compose your email content. You can use placeholders to insert dynamic data from your store or customer profile, such as {{ customer.first_name }}, {{ }}, {{ }}, etc.
  • Optionally, add any attachments or headers that you want to include in your email.
  • Save and publish your automation.
